Patrick Fleming, MDiv, MSW, LCSW, CSAT, is a psychotherapist in private practice with his wife, Sue Lauber-Fleming, in St. Louis. He trained extensively with Patrick Carnes, Ph.D., an international expert and researcher in the field of sexual addiction. Fleming has over twenty years of experience providing counseling to individuals, couples, and groups facing a wide variety of psychological problems, including male and female adult victims of childhood sexual abuse, some of these victims of clerical abuse. In the last fifteen years, he has specialized in working with those suffering from sexual compulsivity and addiction. He is a certified sexual addiction therapist. His expertise has led him to work extensively with priests and other clergy, Catholic and Protestant, who have abused. Patrick is also a former parish priest and hospital chaplain. With Sue Lauber-Fleming he founded Double Rainbow Coaching, Counseling and Consulting, a private practice dedicated to interweaving psychology with faith and spirituality to promote the healing and growth of individuals and groups. Together, they provide group and individual psychotherapy to recovering Catholic priests and brothers at the Recon program outside of St. Louis, Missouri.
