Gianfranco Cardinal Ravasi is sometimes called “the Vatican minister of Cultural Affairs.” He is the president of the Pontifical Council for Culture, a member of the Congregation for Catholic Education, and a member of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue.
